Preceptorship Program

The Nursing Department manages education and clinical training programs in which experienced nurses (preceptors) guide, supervise, and evaluate new nurses through one-on-one interaction in clinical settings over a designated period.

Goals of the Preceptorship Program

Through the preceptorship program, newly hired and experienced nurses receiving orientation training are supported in performing their duties independently and adapting successfully to the hospital environment as members of each nursing unit.

Preceptor Qualifications

• Responsible nurses with more than 3 years of experience in the current department and strong clinical knowledge and skills
• Individuals with excellent interpersonal relationships who serve as role models
• Nurses who actively wish to participate and are recommended by the nursing team leader
