Inpatients / Discharge

STEP 01Decision on Hospitalization

• Upon completion of treatment at Outpatient or Emergency Unit, submit application at Admission / Cashier per doctor’s decision on hospitalization.

STEP 02Hospitalization Procedure

• Present the health insurance card and ID card.
• The patient to receive General Surgery should present the General Surgery subscription certificate issued by Outpatient and other documents.

STEP 03Treatment

• With the patient room assigned, check the time for moving to the room and follow guidance by Nursing Department.

STEP 01Decision on Discharge

• Present registration card and health insurance card First-time visitor should fill in the service application form and present it together with the health insurance card and ID card to Admission/Cashier desk.

STEP 02Payment of Service Fees

• Present the admission/appointment certificates to the nursing desk involved. Upon completion of treatment, book the next appointment day.

STEP 03Discharge Procedures

• Upon completion of treatment, pay the service fees at Cashier desk and receive the receipt.
