Admission & Appointment

Treatment Procedure

STEP 01Application for Service and Check in

  • Present the registration card and health insurance card.
  • First-time visitor should fill in the service application form and present it together with the health insurance card and ID card to Admission/Cashier desk.

STEP 02Treatment

  • Present the admission/appointment certificates to the nursing desk involved.
  • Upon completion of treatment, book the next appointment day.

STEP 03Service fee payment

  • Upon completion of treatment, pay the service fees at Cashier desk and receive the receipt.

STEP 04Exams & Medication

  • Visit the departments concerned for exams, imaging, injection and prescription, and pick up drugs.

STEP 05Returning Home

  • The patient who received an outside prescription should visit a drugstore near the hospital to buy the drugs by presenting the prescription.
