Admissions and medical services are provided 24/7.
Please be noted that depending on the severity of the patient’s conditions, the offering of emergency service may be delayed per doctor’s judgment.

Emergency Medical Service Information

Access control at Emergency Unit

Access to Emergency Unit by the inpatients, their guardians and medical staff is controlled to prevent infection inside the room and provide a safe treatment environment.

Guardians

Only one guardian can stay at the patient’s room, and visiting the patient can take place at the guardian’s waiting room. For questions about the patient, contact Nursing Dep.

STEP 01Application for Treatment

  • Present the application at the night admission desk and the admission certificate is issued.

STEP 02Triage Room

  • Visit Triage Room and, after a preliminary checkup, the service to be provided will be assigned based on the severity of the conditions.

STEP 03Treatment

  • Doctor in charge conducts emergency service, and determines discharge or hospitalization after treatment.

STEP 04Medication / Discharge

  • Consult with staff regarding the treatments and other precautions.
  • In the case of an in-house prescription, pick up your drugs at the hospital’s Outpatient Pharmacyor from the nurse. Otherwise, present the prescription to a drugstore near the hospital to buy the drugs.

STEP 05Service Fee Payment

  • Upon decision of discharge, pay the service fees at the night cashier desk or Admission/Cashier desk to receive the receipt and appointment certificate.

STEP 06Hospitalization

  • Upon decision of hospitalization, follow the guidance by the nurse in charge to go through the established hospitalization procedures.
